Mercury Vapor lamps DO come out intact INDOORS. For example, High-bay fixtures on the ceiling inside warehouses or school gyms.

To retouch, open the image in Microsoft Picture it! 2002 or later version, go to Retouch, select Colorize, set the color indexes to:
Hue: 0, Saturation: 72, and Brightness: 50, (or Hue: 0, Saturation: 17, and Brightness: 100)
and then color over the light to take out the greenish tones like I did in these edits.
